- • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- • 7-8+ years of engineering experience in product development, testing, and/or manufacturing.
- • Proficiency in lab management software and Microsoft Office programs.
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Ability to work effectively in team and independent situations.
- • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
- • Execute test engineering operations, translating specifications into actionable test programs.
- • Lead the definition of test plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- • Set up, configure, and operate test setups, software, and instrumentation.
- • Direct the implementation and deployment of software and testing apparatuses.
- • Manage long-range project planning and budget tracking.
- • Provide technical guidance and support to multiple groups.
- • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for test equipment/software issues.
- • Develop testing processes, tools, and procedures for new product development initiatives.
